Kandi Green Gonzalez has been missing from Prestonsburg, Kentucky, since June 1st, 2021. On the day of her disappearance, Kandi was kicked out by her boyfriend, Jeff Blackburn. Kandi was recorded pleading for help and asking for a neighbor to call her mother. Unfortunately, the call went unanswered. However, in a voicemail left by the neighbor, Kandi can be heard calling out to her mom. In this video, the voicemail from this day is shared and discussed.
