Here's another great Super Mario World ROM hack, done by Gamma V much like the previous one, that I personally think is pretty good. Even people who aren't necessarily the best at Super Mario World would like this one for its fun level themes, well-picked music, and generally well-done difficulty curve.
I did some extra editing in this video to get to the point quicker and show the levels more neatly. (Also my Bluetooth controller was bugging out...you can notice it.)
Lots of really enjoyable levels with a fairly Nintendo-like difficulty curve permeate this hack, and it's worth playing. It's great to play "What game is that from?" with the music too. This hack came out before Kola Kingdom Quest, so it's just a tad rough around the edges.
The bosses can indeed be a bit weird though, and a few end-game levels can be a tad bit too much and even a bit unfair at times--even if you have plenty of lives and go in prepared. In general, however, it's an all-around very good ROM hack that many people would like, so I'm recommending it here.
