...Wait, he's still here? Jr. Troopa can dish out dangerous damage at this point in the game. Chill Out is pretty much a given at this point, even for some standard enemy encounters.
There's not too much going on here, as he tends to use the same attack over and over, so reducing the damage you receive with defensive tactics or evasion badges/Cloud Nine are good ideas. If you want to risk it with Danger badges, just be sure to pack Life Shrooms.
