I started writing this album in November and it all began when I tried making some heavy, noise-inspired electronic music. Turned out I just ended up making metal tho lmao.
I'll talk about each song in the order I wrote them:
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
"Fake Yoda" (Nov. 1)
"Fake Yoda" gets its namesake from the main sample in the beginning, which is me playing the 8th string behind the nut going through Archetype: Gojira. Without doing anything to it, it already sounding similar to the Lego Yoda death sound. I put some Logic Step FX on it, introduced some other sounds and based everything off of that intro.
I also got a vocalist feature on "Fake Yoda," Shinjigami! They wrote lyrics and everything for that section and really made the song imo. Huge thanks to Shinjigami!
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
"Choppi" (Nov. 5)
This one follows a similar path to "Fake Yoda," but instead the sound I distorted and mangled was the outro to "Fake Yoda"! I'm really happy with how that transition turned out!
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
"EA Sports" / "It's in the Game" (Nov. 10)
EA Sports started as one song, based on the EA Sports intro (that piano thing at the beginning follows the rhythm of the EA Sports intro). There's honestly a lot to say about this song, but it's hard to come up with words to describe it. It's just a crazy a prog song I wrote most of in one night, in sort of a stream of consciousness.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
"Moogus" (Dec. 2)
I made a clip of Sonic saying "Among us ass" once, don't ask me why. I distorted that, put Logic Step FX on it and it spawned a song lmao. This was the first song on the album that I experimented with playing bass through my rhythm guitar setup. It turned out cool and I'm happy with it. :)
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
"The Future" (Dec. 6)
I was losing inspiration for the album at this point, but I knew I really wanted to make an ambient track. I pretty much willed it into existence, making it in about an hour. Mostly just piano improv, applied to different virtual instruments with automation, you know the drill.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
"Di Delay Guitar" (Dec. 9)
I was watching Kanon (2006) at the time and the opening inspired this song. A bit of Volumes-styled djent stuff, a bit of fun pitch-shifting. It even has a MIDI sax solo!
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
"Skudg" (Jan. 2)
Wrote a bunch of crazy stuff in MIDI and it turned out to work pretty well on guitar. Not much to this one, it happened pretty quickly.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
"When We're Gone" (Jan. 8)
The working title for this song was "botw," because of the wavering chord stuff it's based on. There's like three or four different piano tracks with fun counterpoint stuff. Everything leading up to the intro I came up with in about a day or two, but I went back to the song later to add some vocals!
I just came up with some non-sense lyrics based on the each of the piano tracks. I already kinda knew I wanted my next album to have more vocals, so I made it so this song leads into that.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Welp, there ya go. That's the album, I hope you like it!

![-OLD- Donkey Kong Country 2 - Stickerbrush Symphony - Cover [VGMC] [Music Videos]
This is one of the more experimental music videos Ive done, but that also means that there are quite a few errors.. In addition, I lost the original video footage for the guitar parts, so I had to re-record them.. Because of this, they dont exactly fit the audio.. Though all in all I think the remix was decent and the video was pretty good. If you have any thoughts or criticisms, let me know in the comments down below. :D

One of my quickest writing sessions in a while (about 15 minutes) led to whatever this is.

![Megaman - Elec Man Stage - Cover [VGMC] [Music Videos]
It was pretty weird making this remix since I dont have very much experience playing piano. It took a lot of practice but I ended up learning how to play this song so thats good I guess. I apologize for the first couple of shots being framed poorly.. The only good takes I had were framed with little consideration... Its alright though, I guess.
