This is part 1 of the "Useless Box" build video series. In this video, I cover how to install the heat inserts using a soldering iron with a special insert tip. You can buy them on Amazon depending on the soldering iron you use. I have a Hakko Soldering iron and used the smaller tip in this set, for M5 heat inserts (which fit m3 screws):
