Gregs Maker Corner | Siboor Voron 0.2 Kit Review - $469 Printer Kit! Recommended for Budget Builders, 4/5 Rating @GregsMakerCorner | Uploaded April 2023 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
My conclusion: If you are a budget minded Voron 0.2 builder, the Siboor kit is a great value! It retails for $469, and includes everything you need- rails, extrusions, parts, motors, mcu/controller, bearings, fasteners, hot end, power supply, panels, etc. and even 3d printed parts! At the time of this video, it is unusual for kits to be complete.
DISCLOSURE: I received this kit from Siboor at no cost. However, I was not compensated for the time I took to build, review, and create a video for (which was over 40 hours). While this kit was free, I offer my open/honest review of this kit and share with you all the issues that I ran into.
This is a follow up to my Siboor v0.2 Unboxing video. Watch it for a thorough look at the parts.

**CORRECTION: I USED A DRAGONFLY BMO, NOT BMS FOR MY HOT END. (Sorry for typo).
As mentioned in the video, I used all items in the kit with the exception of the clone bondtech gear, and hot end. I preferred to use a genuine Bondtech Gear and a Dragonfly BMO hot end. Keep scrolling for links to the kit as well as the parts I used.
GET YOUR Siboor V0.2 kit here. If you are in the US, expect about a week (possibly a little more) for the kit to arrive after purchasing.

The klipper printer.cfg files that I use for this build (based on Gemini Fly and Siboor recommendations, but with my own tweaks for the display and print macros):

Note: the default Gemini Fly v3 image defaults to Fluid. This link explains how to change it to Mainsail, which is what I prefer. Thought it is written for the v2 it is still the same steps for the v3.

NOTES:
This kit does stray a bit from being a 100% "stock" build, according to the Voron 0.2 manual, but it is quite close. The most significant difference is the control board. The stock Voron 0.2 recommends a Raspberry Pi + a SKR Pico. This includes an alternative board that performs both the compute and the mcu function, all in one, by using the Mellow Fly Gemini v3.
Remixes of my no drop nut mod, and nut carrier mod.
