This video is inspired by Thomas Kurz book "Stretching Scientifically" which is a must-read for anyone into developing their range of motion. Although I have expanded the scope of the Dynamic Active section to be more encompassing, I believe that this system will enable most to apply simply to their training and make gains with flexibility.
