Madison School & Community Recreation (MSCR) has been Madison’s public recreation provider since 1926. MSCR plays a unique role in the community providing accessible recreation and enrichment opportunities to people of all ages. Executive Director MARY ROTH will share some unique ways MSCR supports the community; program opportunities you may be less familiar with; and a celebrated partnership between the Rotary Club of Madison and MSCR.
