J.S. Bach’s Partita No. 2 in C Minor, BWV 826 is a piece that has been with me for quite some time – and one that I performed as part of my Master’s final examination.

What I love about this Partita is the contrast between its movements: the seriousness and intensity of the opening Sinfonia, the clarity of the dances, and finally the incredible energy of the Capriccio.

For this video, I recorded the complete Partita and combined the performance with my usual visual piano setup.
