Well, that was way easier than the first one. There's really not much big RNG present towards this way of beating the fight. Only knowing the counterplay towards the situations that can arise. I mainly used Oracle for Theurgia building only, for the most part. I think the main challenge is lining up everything perfectly after his Will Of Rebellion usage. But as you can see, even with "bad" Oracle effects, it is very much doable. I have some turns to spare as well to deal some extra damage.
This is all thanks to Herb Seeds. Giving me Concentrate items without question. I noticed immediately that anybody else trying this fight in this manner do not use them at all. But instead, relying on Fuuka's Oracle RNG for charges. Very unreliable, and forcing them to use Theurgia without charge active. But as you can see here, one can do this fight easily with these herbs. Even with less than favorable luck.
This fight is really not all that hard, it's just very monotone and does not inspire any sort of creativity in being tackled.
