Hotel Park City/Ruth’s Chris Superfan Joeli Carroll joins Y’s Guys in studio, explaining how she became a self-described “nuts” BYU fan almost by accident — using football Saturdays as an escape while raising toddler twin boys — before her family’s fandom grew into big group road trips to away games.
