Hey everyone! Check out these awesome slippers. Based off Jasmine and my May Hat of The Month, I thought these nice lounge slippers would be the perfect item to make. I hope you guys enjoy making these as much as I did. They are quick and cute.

Items Used:
Clover Bamboo Straight needle size 9 (5.5mm)
Red Heart Super Saver Yarn in Gold (7 oz, 364 yrds, #4 medium) 1 ball
Print This Pattern:

Size:
small (medium, large)
Finished Size:
4" deep and 9 (10, 11)" long
Gauge:
15 sts and 24 rows = 4"
Instructions:
Cast on 41, (47, 55) sts
Row 1 (rightside): Knit.
Row 2 & 3: Knit.
Row 4: K20 (23, 27), pm, K1, pm, K20 (20, 27)
Row 5: K to marker, slm, YO, K to marker, YO, slm, K across
Row 6 and all wrong side rows: Purl
Row 7: K to marker, slm, YO, K to marker, YO, slm, K across - 45 (51,59) sts
Row 9: K to marker, slm, YO, K to marker, YO, slm, K across - 47 (53,61) sts
Row 11: K to marker, slm, YO, K to marker, YO, slm, K across - 49 (55,63) sts
Row 13: K to marker, slm, YO, K to marker, YO, slm, K across - 51 (57,65) sts
Rows 15-23: Knit across.
You can either bind off regularly, then sew up the bottom. Do a 3-needle bind off or the Kitchener Stitch which I used in the video.
Cut a tail, about 15".
Divide stitches evenly onto two needles. There will be an extra stitch on one needle. Just add that to one of your stitches while working this stitch.
Make sure right side of work is facing you.
Kitchener Stitch:
Step 1: First st front needle as to purl, leave on needle.
Step 2: First st back needle as to purl, pull off.
Step 3: Next st on back needle as to knit, leave on needle.
Step 4: First st on front needle as to knit, pull off.
Step 5: First st front needle as to purl, leave on needle.
Repeat Steps 2 through 5. Fasten off final stitches.
Abbreviations:
k = knit
p = purl
st = stitch
yo = yarn over
* = rep from this mark
