Vocativ | Japanese Village Turns Floor Wiping Into A Race @Vocativ | Uploaded 6 years ago | Updated 1 hour ago
These Japanese people will wipe the floor with you.
The village of Mitsue is holding a floor wiping race to determine who is the quickest cleaner. In most Japanese schools, students are made to clean their classrooms in order to teach responsibility and good habits.
Some kids turn the chores into a spontaneous race, which developed into a 100 meter cleaning sprint down a wooden hallway.
Last year's winner was a Buddhist monk. But this year, it was a little boy who left everyone else in the dust.
