Do you like Cajun food? 🥘 Jambalaya is an easy to make, flavor packed dish that is usually made using just a pot. Now all you need is just a griddle! It may not be the traditional way to make it, but it’s delicious nonetheless and it’s super easy doing it the Weber 36” Slate Griddle!! 🔥 Follow along with our Ambassador Jason Ortynski of JortsKitchen as he makes this crazy mash-up.
👉 Recipe ingredients:
* Pre-cooked rice (3 cups dry rice)
* 13-16 oz andouille sausage, diced
* 1 lb shrimp, optional
* 1 large yellow onion, diced
* 1 cup green, and poblano peppers
* 2-3 celery stalks, diced
* 3 garlic cloves, chopped
* 4 tbsp creole seasoning
* 24 oz canned tomato chunks
* 4-6 deboned Cornish hens (2-3 deboned chickens)
