Yield: 4 portions
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Grilling Time: 12–15 minutes

Ingredients
Garlic Parmesan Red Potatoes
1 lb. red potatoes, quartered
¼ cup olive oil
1 tbsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. finely ground black pepper
¼ cup Weber® Garlic Parmesan Seasoning

Green Beans with Toasted Almonds
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
¼ cup olive oil
Kosher salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted and seasoned

New York Strip Steaks
4 New York strip steaks, 1¼ inches thick or thicker
Olive oil blend, as needed
Kosher salt, to taste
Finely ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation
1. Using a Weber Cold Cleaning Brush, clean the grill grates.
2. Prepare the grill for direct cooking over high heat (475°–525°F).
3. Place a Deluxe Grill Pan on the grill and preheat for 10–15 minutes.
4. In a large mixing bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with the olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper.
5. In a separate mixing bowl, toss the green beans with the olive oil and season with kosher salt and black pepper.
6. Lightly brush the steaks with olive oil and season both sides with kosher salt and black pepper.
7. You're ready to grill.

Grilling
1. Add the potatoes to the preheated grill pan, spreading them to one side of the pan and leaving an open area. Cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
2. Place the steaks directly on the grill grates beside the grill pan. Grill for 5½ minutes.
3. Flip the steaks onto a fresh section of the grate and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
4. For medium-rare doneness, remove the steaks when they reach an internal temperature of 105°F in the thickest part. (The temperature will continue to rise while resting.)
5. Rest the steaks for 5 minutes before serving.
6. After flipping the steaks, add the green beans to the open area of the grill. Cook for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until crisp-tender.

Finishing
1. Transfer the cooked potatoes to a bowl and toss with the Weber Garlic Parmesan Seasoning.
2. Transfer the green beans to a serving bowl and toss with the toasted sliced almonds.
3. Serve the rested steaks with the garlic parmesan potatoes and green beans.
4. Enjoy!
