This is "Jail Break" for the Amstrad CPC released in 1986 by Konami.
A major breakout has taken place and the city streets are full of raging convicts.
Somehow you are the only cop available who must fight back and start killing the bad guys.
Overall is a mediocre game but since it had kept me busy for a while, i upload a video for it.
The difficulty is also in very high levels with the collision detection being the main culprit.
Controls are stiff and you can only move on XY axis and not diagonally.
You can also collect new weapons by freeing the hostages you come across.
