The Volunteer legacy of leadership is not lost on Lady Vol forward Tess Darby. The junior, who studies finance, grew up in West Tennessee—not far from where Pat Summitt began her
coaching career. Darby knows that being a leader on and off the court is part of fulfilling that legacy. She and her sister Edie, who is also her teammate, help organize free basketball camps in their hometown to inspire future generations to continue that legacy. And, with guidance from professors in the Haslam College of Business, she’ll graduate ready to lead in the business world as well.
