UT has 230+ years of tradition, and our campus is filled with iconic landmarks.
In this video, our student ambassadors will explain a few of those traditions and show you around!

You’ll see our Torchbearer Statue, lighting the way for others with a flame that burns 24/7. We’ll show you Neyland Stadium, of course, and explain the Vol Walk. We have a few legends here, too, and we’ll share one of them with you here.

And we can’t forget good ol’ Smokey. The bluetick coonhound is our mascot—Vols see both the real pup and a costumed version, each with their own special tricks.
