Tensions between Israel and Lebanon are fueling wider conflict concerns and prompting evacuations in the region, as Americans in Lebanon are growing more worried. 

The state department says 7,000 have now registered to receive information about getting out of the country as Israeli airstrikes and ground operations both continue. 

Tensions in the region have escalated after Israel vowed to retaliate for Tuesday's massive missile attack by Iran as Israel and Hezbollah continue to trade strikes.  Scripps News Correspondent Trent Murray has more from Tel Aviv.
