Over 2.4 million customers remain without power, and residents are still battling widespread flooding days after Hurricane Milton made landfall in Florida. At least 16 people died in the storm, according to media reports.

Governor Ron DeSantis said Friday that preventable deaths are occurring, and he urge Floridians to be cautious when removing debris.
