Many skiers develop a stance that is too upright or too spread out when they diagonal stride. The key to a good stride is to keep your feet under your body so that you can balance on 1 ski at a time. This will allow you to ski faster and more efficiently. Our On Line Fast Track programme for either classic or skate skiing is a cost effective and personalized way to improve your skiing .
