Sometimes poor technique can cause muscle and joint pain and in this video we look at skating and knee pain. Remember the strongest position is for the joints to line up ..ie toe knee and nose for instance when gliding on a flat ski in skating. But if we try to balance on the inside edge of the ski this may put strain on the inside of the knee. Remember that this applies mainly to high glide techniques like free skate, 1 skate (V2) or 2 skate (V2 alternate) .
