Can ambition, competitiveness, and success exist without ego?
Rupert says: ‘The ego is not non-existent; it is illusory. It exists, but not as the separate self it appears to be. The desire to create, innovate, and excel does not belong exclusively to ego.’
‘Desire the highest and best. Use your intelligence, passion, skill, and ambition in service of humanity. When ambition serves love rather than personal aggrandisement, it becomes a force for creativity, excellence, and genuine contribution.’
