A good shelter is one of those camping essentials I'll rarely head into the woods without. These days there are hundreds of different camping tents to choose from but today I'm going to talk about the plain old, flat cut tarpaulin. Tarp camping is popular because it's so simple. Tarp shelters are light weight, generally less expensive, and incredibly versatile. In this video I'll talk about what to look for in a good tarp and show you three of my favorite tarp setup techniques.
