Iron Maiden 'Fear of the Dark' style Dm 80s heavy metal / rock guitar solo backing track D minor.

Scale:
D minor pentatonic for the whole thing
or
D minor for the first section (Dave Murray solo)
F# minor for the second section (Janick Gers solo)

This is an Iron Maiden style backing track, influenced by the solo sections in 'Fear of the Dark'. You can use this to work on the actual Iron Maiden Fear of the Dark' solo or just to improvise over the aggressive chord rotation with your own ideas! The whole thing is in Dm.

Basically the chord rotation is
D - Bb - C x 2
F# - D - E x 2

Guitar was a USA Charvel So-Cal through a Marshall JCM 800 Mk2 head, bass a Fender Jazzbass through an Ampeg SVT head.
