Part 2 of THE IRISH ROVERS with Anne Murray. The very first "Tales to Warm Your Mind" segment for children was their hit song The Unicorn with Will Millar in front of beautiful graphics by CBC graphics designer Jeff Pritchard. The Rovers also sing the traditional Newfoundland folk song "I's the B'y" (translates to I'm the Boy). The song was first published in 1927! The Rovers, originally from Ulster, Northern Ireland, were Will Millar, Jimmy Ferguson, George Millar, Joe Millar and Wilcil McDowell. This was the 2nd of 13 shows in their first series which debuted on CBC April 5, 1971. Their very first show featured just the Rovers.
