Music from the ‘80s. Ambrosia is a rock band formed in 1970 in southern California. Extensive touring with Fleetwood Mac, Heart, and the Doobie Brothers,as well as major headlining shows, confirmed Ambrosia's reputation as a live act. Ambrosia had five Top 40 hit singles, including the song “You’re the Biggest Part of Me:” which when released in 1980 from their album “One Eighty” reached number 1 on the Radio and Records chart. They performed it here on a CBC Vancouver Variety Television series in 1981. "One Eighty" earned the band three Grammy nominations, including Best Pop Vocal Group. They plan to release a new LP this year.
