Hey everyone! This is the cutest crochet flower ever. I used it in my March Hat of The Month: Princess & The Frog. You can either do, 1 color, 2 colors or even 3 colors for this flower and you can stop at any point for a different flower style. I hope you guys enjoy.

Instructions:
Rnd 1 (RS): Using color A; make a slip ring, ch 2, sc 7 in ring, pull end to close ring, sl st to top ch of 2 ch. 8 sts.
Rnd 2: ch 2, sc 1 in base of first ch, sc 2 in each of next 7 sts, sl st to top ch of 2 ch. 16 sts.
Rnd 3: Using color B; ch 4, [skip 1 sc, sc 1 in next sc, ch 3] 7 times, sl st to top ch of 4 ch.
8 ch-sp.
Rnd 4: [sc 1, hdc 1, dc 1, hdc 1, sc 1] in each ch-sp. 8 petals.
Rnd 5: Folding petals forward and working into the back of petals, sl st in the 2 strands that form the base of each of first 3 sts of next petal, [ch 3, sc 1 in base of dc at center of next petal] 7 times, ch 3, sl st in 3rd of 3 sl st.
Rnd 6: [sc 1, hdc 1, dc 3, hdc 1, sc 1] in each ch-sp.
Rnd 7: Using color C; Folding petals forward and working into the back of petals as before, sl st in base of each of next 4 sts, [ch 5, sc 1 in base of center dc] 7 times, ch 5, sl st in 4th of 4 sl st.
Rnd 8: [sc 1, hdc 1, dc 5, hdc 1, sc 1] in each ch-sp. Fasten off.

Instructions:
Sleeve:
Chain 44
Row 1: hdc in 3rd ch from hook, hdc in the next 42 sts
Row 2: Ch1, turn; sc every st across
Row 3: Ch2, turn; hdc in every st across

Repeat Rows 3 & 4 until piece measures 5.

Back Shaping:

Repeat pattern for 19 rows. Cut Yarn.
Shape Left Front:
Work pattern picking up the remaining 50 sts.
Work 10 rows in pattern. Cut yarn.
Shape Right Front:
Starting a seperate piece.
Ch52
Row 1: hdc 3rd ch from hook, hdc in every ch to end - 50 sts
Work 9 rows of pattern.
Join Front to Back:
On main jacket piece, starting at bottom corner.
Row 1: Ch2, hdc in next 50 sts. Work hdc in the 50 sts from front panel. -100 sts
Work 11 rows in pattern. Fasten off.
Side Shaping:
Count in 28 stitches from edge.
Row 1: Ch2, hdc in next 42 sts. Leave remaining 29 sts unworked.
Work sleeve in pattern to match the length of the other sleeve.
Sew side and sleeve seams.
Botton Edging:
At the bottom of your jacket, work a sc row around, working 3 sc in each corner. Fasten off.
Fold lapels and sew in place.
Button loops:
Space 3 buttons evenly onto jacket.
Sl st in place, ch5, sl st in same space, finish off.
Repeat for next 2 button holes.
Attach buttons to oposite side of jacket.
