In this video, I take both cameras into the wild for a head-to-head comparison. We'll test:
➡Image Quality: A side-by-side look at the video from both the Ace Pro and Ace Pro 2. What do you think of the colors, sharpness, and overall quality?
➡Audio Test: I put the internal microphones to the test in a windy environment.
➡External Mics: We'll compare the Insta360 Mic Air on the Ace Pro 2 and the DJI Mic 2 on the original Ace Pro to see which setup delivers the best sound.
➡Low Light Performance: I do a quick low-light test under some trees to see how each camera handles challenging conditions.
The question is, is the Insta360 Ace Pro still a good camera in 2025? And is the Ace Pro 2 significantly better? The answer to both is yes! But the difference might not be as huge as you think. No matter which one you choose, you're getting an incredible camera that can compete with the best in 2025.
