Have you ever wondered how Three Marks in Barcelona roasts their coffee?
Come with me (RoasterKat) behind the scenes inside their small but beautiful roastery by the sea. We get a full tour from Javi (Roastery Manager and QC), and a look at their machines (a Stronghold and a new Loring machine -they had previously been roasting on a Probat), as well as the layout of the space.
