You know them, you love them, Huckleberry Roasters. The 2022 Macro Roaster of the Year has been roasting in Denver, CO since 2011. This is a fun tour for me as lived in Denver from 2013-2020 and got to see Huck grow in real life. They've continued to level up, including a move from their old warehouse (where Queen City is now - you can watch that roastery tour too!) to their current space in this video. Our guide for this behind-the-scenes tour is Shelby, Huck's Director of Roastery Operations and Head Roaster (she also won the US Roaster Championship in 2019)
