Time To Learn (TTL) is USAID’s flagship project in Zambia for improving education in community schools. TTL supports the Ministry of General Education in collaboration with others in the education sector to develop and implement a model for improving students’ literacy skills in community schools. TTL also provides support through scholarships and psychosocial services to orphans and vulnerable children in secondary schools.
