Exercise 1: Perform an outside step-over by swinging your leg around the front of the ball, then push with the outside of your opposite foot in between the cones. Stop the ball and perform in the opposite direction.
Exercise 2: Is the same step-over move but now do it continuously without stopping the ball. Keep your touches a little lighter with this exercise so the ball doesnt run away from you.
Exercise 3: Perform an inside step-over, by swinging your leg around the ball from an outside to inside direction, then quickly push the ball with the outside of the same foot. Stop the ball and perform in the opposite direction.
Exercise 4: Is the same inside step-over move, but now do it continuously without stopping the ball. Again, keep your touches a bit lighter with this exercise.
Exercise 5: Continuous V-Cuts. Pull the ball in with the sole for your foot, then open your hips and push out diagonally with the inside of that same foot. Keep a continuous rhythm, alternating between your right and left feet.
Exercise 6: Perform the V- Cuts, but this time use the outside part of the same foot to push out diagonally. Be sure to keep your toes pointed inwards and lock the ankle when pushing out.
Exercise 7: Using your right foot only, perform an L-Cut by rolling the ball back and cutting past your planted leg in between 2 cones. Then quickly pull the ball back in, tap forwards and repeat.
Exercise 8: Is the same but now perform the L-Cut with the left foot only.
Exercise 9: Use your right foot only and perform a double v-cut in between each cone. First a v-cut in front of your body, then one behind and past your planted leg. Focus on building a continuous rhythm between the two moves.
Exercise 10: Is the same double v-cut movement, but now with the left foot only.
