Come get lost painting flowers, bushes, trees, and a lazy spring creek with me! We're gonna get super detailed and spend lots of time working on layers and color mixtures. I challenged myself to pick three random colors and just starte painting without an idea, adding other colors as I went.
I’m painting on an old 12x16-inch stretched canvas that I covered in white paint, but you can paint on any type and size of canvas you like.
I used:
• My 1-inch flat brush (available on my website here: bit.ly/2n5xDF0)
• My 1/2-inch flat brush (available on my website here: bit.ly/2n5xDF0)
• A 1/4-inch flat brush
• A 1/2-inch angle brush
• Liquitex Matte Medium
I’m using Liquitex Basics acrylic paint in the following colors:
• Titanium White
• Raw Umber (totally random color)
• Cobalt Blue (totally random color)
• Hooker's Green (totally random color)
• Dioxazine Purple
• Yellow Oxide
• Primary Yellow
• Alizarin Crimson
But you can use any colors you like.
