Let's paint a bright, breezy, summer day with an open window, blowing curtain, and a jar of wildflowers. This is a good lesson for beginners on up!
I’m painting on a 12x16-inch stretched canvas, but you can paint on any type and size of canvas you like.
I used:
• A #12 cloud brush (available here: bit.ly/2n5xDF0)
• A 5/8-inch angle brush (1/2 will work)
• 1/2-inch angle brush
• #8 filbert brush (about 1/4-inch)
• #6 & #5 round brush
• Long liner brush
• Fan brush
• Piece of chalk
• Matte medium
I’m using Liquitex Basics acrylic paint in the following colors:
• Mars Black
• Titanium White
• Phthalocyanine Blue
• Primary Yellow
• Quinacridone Magenta
• Deep Violet
• Burnt Umber
• Raw Umber
• Unbleached Titanium White
•
But you can use any colors you like.
