Today we are in Metter, GA at Papa Buck's BBQ where they have the Pigzilla challenge. This is a huge pulled pork sandwich consisting of 3 pounds of their delicious pulled pork with a 45 minute time limit. It is supposed to be served on a giant Hawaiian bun but I was told that it was discontinued. Instead I got nine of buns to equal the weight. Winner's get their meal for free and $100 cash! In the many years this challenge has been going on there have been 19 winners and 197 losers. With less than 10% winning, I better bring my A game!
