I am at Attack of the Tatsu in Chattanooga, TN to take on their Godzilla bowl ramen challenge. This colossal creation is not for the faint of heart. It contains four bowls of ramen combined into one monstrous feast. I get to pick from any one of their ramen flavors. I was advised against it, but I went with the katsu curry ramen. It is loaded with pork and chicken curry broth, chicken katsu cutlets, soft boiled eggs, cabbage, scallions, leeks, and togarashi. If I can finish the whole bowl in under 20 minutes, I'll get the $50 bowl for free and receive a trophy!
