I am at Traveler's BBQ in Lexington, TN where I am going to attempt their Loaded Smokehouse BBQ nacho challenge. This nacho challenge consists of half a bag of nacho chips, then topped with homemade baked beans, one pound of Traveler's Tennessee style BBQ pulled pork, 1/2 pound of Traveler's Texas style beef brisket, nacho cheese sauce, pickled jalapenos, and their signature barbecue sauce. This challenge also includes a 1/2 rack of Kansas City style barbecue pork ribs and it all must be finished within the 30 minute time limit to win the $46 meal free plus a spot their Wall of Fame! This challenge has been going on for a couple of years but this is new owner Ricky's first time making this challenge and I am hoping to get a win for both of us! I am trying to join my friends @DaGarbageDisposal and @RandySantel as the only winners of this challenge! Big thank you to Ricky, Brylee, and the rest of the crew at Traveler's BBQ for making this delicious challenge! Amber and I had a great time and enjoyed some wonderful food.
