I am at Echo Bluf State Park in Eminence, MO at the Creekside Grill and I am here to take on their undefeated Grand Slam breakfast challenge. The Grand Slam consists of a dozen eggs cooked any way you want it, a dozen sausage patties, eighteen strips of crispy bacon, and six very fluffy pancakes. Two drinks are also required. I will have 40 minutes to complete this and if I do I will get the $60 breakfast for free, an awesome T-shirt, a hat, and become the very first person on their Wall of Fame! Thank you to Marie and her husband William for inviting me out to take on what is now my favorite breakfast challenge to date. Special thank you to Tina for making this challenge super fun, you are an amazing hype person and I need you on more challenges! Special thank you to the crew at Creekside Grill for the kindness and hospitality. I hope this is not the last time we stay at Echo Bluff!
