I am at Mac's Speed Shop in Greenville, SC and I am here to take on the Fatboy. Claiming to be the southeast's largest sandwich, it starts off with a one pound country bread loaf, then loaded with two half pound burger patties, pulled pork, brisket, bacon, queso, fried pickles, french fries, more queso, smokin' burnout sauce, and coleslaw. If that isn't enough, a half pound serving of mac and cheese is served on the side. I have one hour to complete this and if I do, I will get the $77 meal for free, receive a winner's shirt, go up on the Wall of Fame, and get my first win in the state of South Carolina!
