I am at Ninja City in Cleveland, OH to take on their steam bun challenge. There are 24 steam buns filled with pulled pork and dressed with pickled carrot, pickled daikon, jalapenos, cilantro, scallions, and chili aioli. These were delicious! When we arrived they told me the rules have changed and that all of the steam buns must be dressed and that the time has been cut in half! I was not expecting that after doing a pizza challenge earlier but we are here and there is no turning back. Thank you Ninja City for the delicious challenge and the kindness and hospitality!
