I am at Trax BBQ in McCordsville, IN to take on their Half Sheet BBQ challenge. This challenge includes 8oz portions of pulled chicken, pulled pork, brisket, and smoked sausage. There are also three 8oz sides of cole slaw, baked beans, mac & cheese plus Texas toast and hush puppies. This comes with a one hour time limit and if successful I will get an awesome merch pack that includes a T-shirt, shot glass, koozie, and gift card plus get my name and photo on their Wall of Fame (again). I did this challenge before I had a channel with the incredible @mollyschuyler-Mom-Vs-Food who encouraged me to create one. This is Trax BBQ's 5th anniversary and in celebration we are doing 5 challenges at the same time with friends @BigBellyBob , @Cherish5PoundsBrownMomvsFood , Mack Bautista, and Gary Bettner. Thank you to owner's Andrew and Whitney for the incredible food and fun luau party! Thank you Rustymk2 for the music, what a great event. My favorite challenges are ones I can do/share among friends and this was perfect.
