I am at Front Street Eatery in Davenport, IA and I am here to take on their pulled pork nacho challenge. I'm going for my first win in Iowa and what better way than to eat some nachos! These nachos include two pounds of pulled pork and one pound of homemade tortilla chips topped with nacho cheese, lime sour cream sauce, roasted corn, jalapeños, and pico de gallo. I'll have just 30 minutes to complete this (reduced from 45 minutes) and if I do I'll get the meal for free, my name and photo on the Wall of Fame, and a champion T-shirt. We showed up but they served all of the pork the night before, we waited and a couple of hours later we were ready to go. These were some of the best BBQ nachos that I have had! Thank you to everyone at Front Street Eatery for the kindness, hospitality, and taking such great care of us!
