Today we are at TJ Ribs in Baton Rouge, LA where I will be doing battle against The Legend. The Legend is a huge BBQ platter consisting of one full rack of St. Louis ribs, one order of Fulton St. Ribs, half of a BBQ chicken, brisket, two sausage links, five chicken wings, an order of brisket chimichangas and a bowl of red beans and rice. There is no time limit, (Seriously!?!?!) but if I can finish it, I will get the $120 meal for free and become one of the handful of winners over the many years this challenge has been around. This is a menu item and can be ordered (and shared). Thank you to Vee for taking great care of us during the challenge and a huge thank you to Eric and Mary for the BBQ sauce, Amber and I loved this so much!!!
