I am at Hilligan's Pizza in Bowling Green, KY with my good friend @RandySantel and we are here to take on their 30" team pizza challenge. This challenge consists of a 30" two-topping pizza with a thirty minute time limit. We didn't think that was going to me difficult enough so we decided to go half and half with their specialty pizzas. I got their house specialty chicken, bacon, ranch pizza that has a ranch dressing base and Randy got their "Hilly" cheesesteak pizza. His has sirloin, peppers, and onions that comes with a garlic butter base that ha swapped out with pizza sauce. Only one team has been successful and we are hoping to join them up on their Wall of Fame, get winner's shirts, and receive $50 gift cards each. If we fail, we owe $50 for the meal.
