I am at Back Paddle Brewing in Lincolnton, GA, with my friend @LyonAround and we are kicking off the Big Paddle challenge. This very tall burger has four pounds of beef divided into twelve patties. Each burger has cheese, and that's where things get crazy. This burger has every topping they use in their restaurant! It has eggs, mushrooms, bacon, bacon jam, pimento cheese, jalapenos, and plenty of veggies. It is also served with a pound and a half of fries. We will have 30 minutes to complete this, and if we do, we will get the $75 meal for free and become the first to beat this challenge! A very big thank you to owner Kyle and everyone at Back Paddle Brewing for welcoming us into your restaurant and thank you to William Lyon for helping to create and kick off this challenge and inviting me to do this very awesome collab!
