We are at Pho Me in Tallahassee, FL and I am here to take on their Pho King challenge. This massive bowl of pho consists of two pounds of noodles, one pound of protein of my choice, and 120oz of delicious broth. There is a one hour time limit to finish this in order to get the $37.99 meal for free, an awesome T-shirt, and bragging rights. Losers also get a slightly less awesome T-shirt, pay for the meal and join the hundreds of other Pho King failures. In addition to the rules of the challenge I found out that if I can beat the record of around 16 minutes, I will get an additional mystery prize! I don't have much experience with pho challenges so attempting that may not be a wise choice. Can I overcome a very poor strategy and get the win?
