I am at The Baker's Box in Hendersonville, NC and I am here to take on the infamous Kessel Run challenge! The restaurant is Harry Potter and Star Wars themed, where the challenge gets its name from. This challenge is a huge sub sandwich that starts off with fresh baked challah bread that is baked there and is then layered with one pound each, turkey, ham, and roast beef which is all cooked and sliced there as well. There is four slices each of cheddar, Swiss, and provolone cheese layered between the meats. Lastly, it is topped with a generous amount of tomatoes, lettuce, and some very tasty bread and butter pickles. This challenge wouldn't be complete without a pound of fries to go alongside this sandwich! I will have just 12 parsecs (45 minutes) to complete this challenge and if I do I will get the $50 meal for free, get an awesome T-shirt, and go up on their Wall of Fame as the 4th person to complete the Kessel Run! Thank you Owner George and the wonderful staff at The Baker's Box for the incredible challenge and some very delicious desserts as well. This restaurant should be on every Harry Potter and Star Wars fan's bucket list!
