Time for an update on my thyroid healing journey! I haven't updated you since early July when I got a ton of blood tests done and had lots of new information to play with. Since then, I've found a lot of pieces for the puzzle and have almost completely healed myself. I'm so happy to share this update with you! I really hope this will be the inspiration you need to start or to continue healing yourself. You can do it!
