We're blessed to have so many different microclimates on the island of Tenerife. Literally, behind every corner, there will be a completely different weather, so we always have to be prepared with jackets and scarves. This time, we went up to the crater on a hunt for a very special plant, Tajinaste, that is endemic to Tenerife and only flowers in May and June.I really think it's the most beautiful plant on Earth.
